Material

We divide the material into four grades so that you can choose from low price to high price according to your budget and style needs.

Thermofoil

Thermofoil is generally called encapsulation or coating technology.

Pros

This is a reasonably priced and commonly used synthetic material that is usually used in the manufacture of kitchen cabinet doors. It is a thin and tight heat-sealed plastic package used for molding on MDF substrates. The hot foil cabinet door can be solid color or imitation wood grain. The cabinet boxes that come with these doors can be made of a variety of materials, such as matching hot foil, color-matching paint, and laminate. Thermofoil has a variety of textures and gloss levels. The most popular choices are pure white and matte gloss. For economical kitchen decoration, aluminum foil cabinet doors are a simple and economical alternative to white paint.

Cons

Compared with other materials, the weakness of hot foil is that it is more harmful to heat and moisture. Heating appliances such as coffee machines and toasters should not be placed too close to the cabinet.

PET(Polyethylene terephthalate)

Mdf of PET coating. PET stands for "polyethylene terephthalate," and MDF stands for "medium density fiberboard." PET is environmentally friendly, does not release toxic gases, is strong, impact-resistant, and scratch-resistant. It is an excellent water and moisture barrier material. PET is widely used as a food packaging material. The surface is made of PET imported from Korea. The surface of the PET is coated on MDF by PUR glue under high temperature and high pressure using German high-tech technology.

Pros

PET material has a too high heat resistance and moisture resistance, especially when combined with zero joints; our hot air edge banding machine does not apply adhesive edge banding. The use of proprietary glue to apply the material to the MDF substrate can provide a stable, consistent, and smooth surface effect. This eliminates warpage and ripples. No need to paint when using PET, saving time and money. Our PET material is very suitable for matte or high gloss, which can ensure design consistency and flexibility throughout your home or office.

Cons

This type of door type only provides a flat door panel, and the door frame cannot be carved on this door panel. The high-gloss material is comfortable to leave fingerprints, and the ultra-matte does not leave fingerprints, but the surface cannot form light reflection. The overall style of the house needs to be matched with modern design to create a style corresponding effect, which is more suitable for condos or new houses.

Application Scope

PET doors and drawer front panels have various timeless finishes, which are perfect for today's modern residential kitchens and bathrooms, and commercial offices. The PET super matte material eliminates fingerprints and provides a soft touch and atmosphere to the room. The same perfectly matched high-gloss finishes can be used. They can be combined to produce a dramatic effect, or they can be brought into other rooms for visual interest while maintaining the palette's consistency.

Painted mdf door

Generally used in solid-color kitchens such as pure white, ivory white, navy blue, sky blue, pure red, etc.

Pros

Traditional European-style kitchens are most suitable. You can add various types of Roman columns, decorative covers for range hoods, and unique designs that can be applied to the central island column and base. The door panels can use a variety of styles. The carvings can be simple or complex.

Cons

The material has no noticeable flaws and is generally applicable to the public. The price is reasonable when no details are added. The addition of a large number of more information will cause the price to rise further.

Solid wood door

At present, the best quality and appearance materials that have been maintained for many years on the market can be regarded as a never outdated choice.
Generally used for customers who have a sufficient budget. Various solid wood materials can be adjusted to any color they like. Each type of solid wood material has a unique wood grain on its surface. Every time the wood grain is not repeated, each kitchen is also impressive.

Pros

You can have an unlimited amount of details to add. Any element you want can be done with solid wood. It is also possible to have the design solid wood that can be done with the previous 1, 2, 3 materials. Any set of correctly designed solid wood cabinets will bring you A feeling of high-end luxury. Simply put, this is a choice that you are unlikely to regret after using.

Cons

Once you choose solid wood, try not to use pure color paint because the wood will expand and contract with the temperature when the room temperature is unstable, and the thick paint will cause cracks in the joints.
You must keep the indoor temperature at a moderate level at all times and clean up the oil fume regularly.
